Alfred, Our AI Operations System

Alfred is TechChaps' own AI operations system. It works alongside our team and takes on the repetitive, time-consuming parts of the job, so our people can spend their time on clients, decisions and quality. It is also the proof behind the AI services we sell: we built it for our own work before offering the same approach to clients.

How the team and Alfred work together: a team member opens a piece of work as a mission. Alfred routes it to the right pipeline (software delivery, infrastructure, research, design, communications, bookkeeping and more, 23 in all), where specialist agents plan it, do the groundwork and check each other's output. The work then comes back to a person, who reviews it, adjusts it where needed and decides what goes out.
