What's a run?
A run is one whole flow execution — start to finish, however many steps it has. You're billed per run, not per step, so a long flow costs the same as a short one.
What counts as storage?
Storage is the data your flows keep — files, records and anything you persist between runs. Each plan includes a storage bundle, and you can add more per gigabyte if you need it.
Is there a fair-use ceiling?
Your plan's runs and storage are your allowance, and extra usage is billed at the simple per-run and per-gigabyte rates shown on each plan. There are no surprise throttles — if you're consistently over, moving up a plan is usually cheaper.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no lock-in and no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be billed again.
Where does my data live?
On your own isolated instance, dedicated to you rather than shared with other customers. Enterprise plans can pin a dedicated deployment to a specific region — talk to us about your requirements.
