ShuCentre is an eCommerce store that sells a wide range of
shoes for Men, Women and Children. Techchaps migrated
ShuCentre’s online store from PrestaShop to Magento and
cuztomised a theme for their new store according to their
brand as well as changed how products were listed and
displayed. All the products were migrated from the old
PrestaShop database using Magento APIs.
Techchaps
developed a plugin that adds products in bulk to Magento
automatically using CSV/XML files so multiple products can be
easily uploaded at once using an FTP server or the XML upload
plugin. Products attributes such as stock, price and images
are also updated automatically. Techchaps delivered
comprehensive training to the staff at ShuCentre, equipping
them with the necessary skills to proficiently utilize the
plugin. Additionally, Techchaps offered further technical
support and private hosting services to ensure optimal
scalability and enhanced security measures.
